Hard and soft cheese, milk and dairy products... Since 1988, the Tritt cheese crew has made people happy with their exquisite selection of specialties. The cheese expert of the district serves cheeses made with traditional recipes, as well as innovative new recipes for cheeses made from cow, buffalo or goat milk. Discovered by Samuel Spörri and his team, they are presented in the extensive display at IM VIADUKT: goat cheese from the Loire Valley, sheep cheese from Piedmont and various discoveries produced by small cheese manufacturers from the surrounding mountains and valleys. Milk from Längimoos completes the selection with fresh milk straight from the suburban farm.
