Meta Hiltebrand has made another of her dreams come true, following her gourmet restaurant, with Studio CookCouture. At IM VIADUKT …B, the top Swiss chef, cookbook author, TV chef and entrepreneur now runs a cooking and event studio, where she creates new recipes, hosts culinary soir es and tavolatas or holds cookery courses and workshops. Meta Hiltebrand’s positive mindset not only flows into what’s on the plate, it’s also reflected in the colourful interior design. The studio can be rented for private events such as training courses, meetings or birthday parties. Equipped with four individual workstations, it offers plenty of space for cooking and seats up to 20 people.
